Returns, exchanges and refunds

How can I exchange or return an online purchase?

Free exchange or return

You have 30 days from the dispatch date of your order to make exchanges and returns. To request a return please acces chat box - Returning Label and follow the steps. Prepare the package and leave it at any Easybox by Sameday. Scan the code you received on email when arriving at the Easybox.

 

Before returning a product, we recommend that you consult the return conditions:

  • Exchanges and returns for national orders (Romania) will be made using Easybox by Sameday.
  • Exchanges and returns for international orders (EU) will be made using Packeta Pick Up Points. Please check up the list of pick-up points here. Prepare the package for return and ask for our unique code in chat box - Product Information. Use the code at pick-up point.
  • All returns and exchanges are free cost for client.
  • In the case of payment by cash on delivery, it is essential to complete the account number for the refund.
  • Please note that the garments must have the price tags intact and be in perfect condition.
  • Items that you have personalised or altered cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you and cannot be put on sale again.
  • Items purchased with a Gift Card can only be exchanged for other items, no returns are allowed.

How and when will I receive my refund?

All refunds are made to the same payment method used to purchase (except cash on delivery*). Please, note that:

  • With the Easybox service, your parcel may take up to 5 working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within 48 hours (working days).

  • With the Packeta Pick-up points  service, your parcel may take up to 10 working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once there, after checking the items, we will process the refund within 48 hours (working days).

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.

*If you paid by cash on delivery, we will need your bank details in order to refund you by bank transfer. Make sure you have them up-to-date in My account > Refunds or complete the form you received with the order.

 

How can I find out the status of my return?

If you made the return with, your parcel may take several days to reach our warehouses. You will receive an e-mail when we make the refund of the garments or, in case of an exchange, when we send the new size you requested.
