Where is the company/brand based?
Oana Nutu is a Bucharest-based Romanian fashion brand. Our designs are created and produced locally in Bucharest, where we work closely with skilled makers to bring each piece to life. We ship worldwide from Romania.
Do you offer customization, alterations, or made-to-measure pieces?
We offer custom and made-to-order pieces on request. As every commission is unique, we consider each request individually and will advise you on the available options, pricing and estimated timeframe.

We do not currently offer alterations on pieces that have already been purchased.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, we offer direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
