A NOTE ON THE DESIGN

A bold interpretation of classic corsetry, this piece plays with transparency and contrast to create a sculpted, architectural silhouette. Crafted from black tulle, the corset is defined by contrasting nude boning channels that trace the construction of the piece and highlight its precise structure.

Pre-formed cups shape and support the bust, while carefully positioned boning defines the waist and follows the natural contours of the body. The elongated V-shaped front visually lengthens the torso and creates a sharp, feminine line, while the sheer tulle reveals the corset’s internal construction as part of the design.

Voluminous black tulle sleeves add softness and dramatic movement to the structured bodice. Fully detachable, they allow the corset to transform from a romantic statement piece into a cleaner, strapless silhouette, offering two distinct styling options within the same design.

Finished with an adjustable lace-up back for a more precise fit, this corset balances sheer black tulle, nude contrast detailing and sculptural construction for a contemporary take on traditional corsetry.

Oana Nutu is a Bucharest-based Romanian fashion brand. Our designs are created and produced locally in Bucharest, where we work closely with skilled makers to bring each piece to life. We ship worldwide from Romania.

Do you offer customization, alterations, or made-to-measure pieces?

We offer custom and made-to-order pieces on request. As every commission is unique, we consider each request individually and will advise you on the available options, pricing and estimated timeframe.
