A Note on the Design

A romantic exploration of transparency and volume, this corset combines a delicate tulle base with softly draped satin to create a feminine, statement silhouette. The sheer construction reveals the architectural lines of the corset, while the luminous satin adds softness, movement and contrast.

The structured tulle bodice is shaped with carefully positioned boning to define the waist and create a sculpted silhouette. Across the bust, layers of satin are softly draped to create fluid horizontal folds, bringing dimension and a sense of movement to the otherwise precise corset construction.

The satin draping continues around the back and extends towards the arms, where it can be tied into oversized statement bows. The long satin ties fall freely from the bows, adding a dramatic, romantic finish and allowing the styling to be adjusted according to the desired look.

Balancing sheer tulle, structured corsetry and fluid satin, this piece plays with the contrast between delicacy and construction. Finished with an adjustable lace-up back for a more precise fit, it is designed as a distinctive statement corset for special occasions and elevated evening styling.

Oana Nutu is a Bucharest-based Romanian fashion brand. Our designs are created and produced locally in Bucharest, where we work closely with skilled makers to bring each piece to life. We ship worldwide from Romania.

We offer custom and made-to-order pieces on request. As every commission is unique, we consider each request individually and will advise you on the available options, pricing and estimated timeframe.
